It is our practice policy to:

Inform before we perform - no surprises!

Thus where ever possible we will discuss fees with you prior to undertaking treatment.

For your first appointment reception staff will give you an estimate of the likely appointment cost . Not knowing exactly what treatment is required it may be necessary to give you a fee range.

Concerns about Treatment

If you have any concerns regarding your dental treatment or payment of your account, please discuss them with us at your earliest convenience. Early communication is the best way to avoid disputes down the track.

Payment at time of Treatment

At the end of your appointment you will be provided with a fully itemised account.

We require payment in full at that time.

Convenient methods of payment.

We accept personal cheques, Bankcard, Mastercard and Visa as well as providing an EFTPOS facility for Direct Debits. By the way, we also happily accept cash!

Interest Free Finance.

Care Credit interest free loans (to appproved applicants) are available to help you with financing your dental treatment.

Health Fund refunds on the spot.

We have an electronic Health Fund claim service for you. If your health fund is "on line" you will be able to claim your refund immediately.

All you will need to pay is the gap.

Remember though, refund approvals are the responsibility of your health fund. As your dentist we have no direct relationship with your fund. The relationship is between you and your health fund. If you are unhappy with your refund or your claim is rejected, it is a matter you will have to discuss with your health fund.

Veterans' Affairs patients welcome.

We are happy to welcome Veterans' Affairs patients to our practice. Please remember to bring your Vet Affairs Gold Card with you for your first appointment.

Discounts to Health Care Card holders.

To assist those in need we are happy to offer discounts to Health Care Card holders making private dental care affordable.

Please note this discount is a cost absorbed by this practice. We do not receive any assistance from the government to provide this discount for you. It is a courtesy we extend to you - not your right!

Please inform us of your Health Care Card status prior to treatment. You will need to present your Health Care Card to receive your discount.
