Cliff is from New Zealand. He graduated from Otago University in 1992. Since then he has worked in England, New Zealand and New South Wales. He attends continuing education courses regularly to stay well informed.

Cliff moved to Queensland with his wife and four children - 2 boys and 2 girls - in January 2008. His family are enjoying the Queensland weather.
